    12 angle adjustments

    Numbered adjustment holes make it easy to find and repeat your preferred setup. The footplate can be mounted to uprights, spotter arms, crossmembers, or angled feet, providing 12 angle positions for low rows, split squats, step-ups, calf raises, and more.

    Integrated storage

    Built-in storage keeps cable attachments organized, secure, and within easy reach. Protective plastic guards prevent metal-on-metal contact, helping protect your attachments and uprights while eliminating loose equipment around your training area

    Range of motion tube

    The 3" Ɨ 3" range-of-motion tube extends the footplate away from the upright to create additional space for movement. This added clearance allows for deeper pulls, smoother repetitions, and a more comfortable, natural lifting position.

    How long does it take to ship?

    Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your entire order to ship from our warehouse in Fargo, ND. Many product ship within 3-5 business days ...unless we're experiencing high order volumes (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) Your order confirmation email will give you the most accurate information for shipping times.
