Warranty & Returns

We proudly stand by our products! All products come with a 1-year money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied. Homegrown Lifting will pay for return shipping on products with manufacturing defects. However, customer must pay for return shipping on exchanges or non-defective warranty items. The customer will receive free shipping on replacing items due to manufacturing defects.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.

In most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Original shipping charges incurred on your purchase aren’t refundable as part of your return or exchange. Returns sent back should include original packaging or protective materials to mitigate damage.
